There are a few rules now being placed in 'stone' for you all to know how to exactly request for Forbid-tech or a Ability (or two). Below are a few simple rules all members of Time Merge must follow (Includes staff). But first the steps to requesting.

- Step One: The user who is going to request a Forbid-tech must have an Administrator's consent‚ on the technique and follow the application below these steps. If the user is requesting a Ability, they will need an Administrator's full approval.
Step Two: The user must not beg and constantly bump the topic for the Forbid-tech or Ability because that will give the user instant revoking of the ability for a time period.
Step Three: The user must also have Three good QUALITY reasons for the the technique or ability they are requesting for.

- Do not whine.
- Do not start getting upset when staff point things out you do not like.
- Do not re-post several topics of the same Forbid-tech or Ability, if it was rejected or already made.
- Do not double post EVER. If the application was denied or approved before, it will be locked after.
- You can PM staff members to look at the application under the condition that you do not constantly spam them.
