Applications:
1. Keep in mind the persons character, just because an ability, jutsu, SA, CS, is balanced doesnt mean that it isnt abusable on their character. Now this doesnt mean you should limit anyone just because they figured out a way to use two abilities in combination. Just make sure they arent making an Auto hit or a insta kill by combining these abilities.
2. Make sure you understand the App before posting in it, you may have read it all but that doesnt mean you didnt miss something, so if you unsure about something, ask about it before telling them to start changing things.
3. Try not to be biased, a lot of people have trouble with this sometimes, even higher ups, if you feel that your not on good terms with one of the members it is normally a good idea to stay out of their apps, this also goes for if you feel a friendship would get in the way of doing a good job. However if you've noticed something that others are missing dont let your feelings get in the way of pointing it out.
4. Keep in mind that point training is not a limitation, this isnt an excuse for people to have no point training on an ability however.
Post Grading:
1. A topic is only considered training if they are actually training that jutsu, some people will say their training a jutsu or SA, etc but not actually even mention the ability in their post, or make any progress towards it. As much as it may hurt you to give someone a bad grade these posts are not gradable towards their total no matter how good it may be.
2. Rank training is now supposed to be harder to do, which means that if normally you would have given a +2 give them less. The number one applies here too, if they do not have some kind of character development, etc than it is not gradable towards their total.
3. You may be lazy but thats not an excuse to not read their post, do not judge it based on length, but on quality, you became a mod and this is part of your work, dont skimp out here.
4. Some people are able to make great posts but constantly spell thing wrong or have bad grammar, do NOT grade based on a persons grammar or spelling. While its something they need to work on if their post is still good than they deserve a score.
5. Quality, some posts may be short but that doesnt mean they arent detailed, a short post can often still be a good post.
