When you complete a mission you are awarded with Training Points. These training points may be used to reduce the amount of posts you need to complete to learn a technique. Below is the system of how this will work:
Note that you can't reduce the amount of posts below 1.
Now, if you are rank training you may also use training points to reduce the posting requirements.
Rank Training: 150 Training Points Reduce The Point Requirement By 1.
This also applies to Forbid-tech Training:
Forbid-Tech Training: 150 Training Points Reduce The Point Requirement By 1.
You also get Training Points for teaching a jutsu to someone. If you help someone learn a D-rank tech, you get 10 points. Help them learn a C-rank, get 20 points etc., according to this table. Teaching someone a Forbid-tech gives three times as many points as teaching a normal Tech of that rank
D - 10 points (30 for Forbid-tech)
C - 20 points (60 for Forbid-tech)
B - 40 points (120 for Forbid-tech)
A - 60 points (180 for Forbid-tech)
S - 80 points (240 for Forbid-tech)
Another way to gain Training Points, only available to country soldiers, is to hunt Missing warriors. For killing them or capturing and bringing them back to their original country, you gain Training Points based on their rank and missing class. The final amount is the sum of points gained by their rank and class.
However, you cannot collect your reward if the country the missing warrior is supposed to be delivered to is at war with your own. Also, this only applies to missing warriors NOT present on the wanted list; for those that are, you get the reward as stated on the wanted itself.
- For E through C rank characters: 10 Training Points Reduce The Posting Count For Learning techs By 1
- For B and S rank characters: 20 Training Points Reduce The Posting Count For Learning techs By 1
- For SS and SSS rank characters: 30 Training Points Reduce The Posting Count For Learning techs By 1
