Favoured Weapons
All warriors have weapons that they are naturally attuned to, weapons that act as an extension of their arm. On the Time merge, these are the Favoured Weapons. Any weapon can be chosen for your favoured weapon but they must be generally named. A host of bonuses are available involving the Favoured Weapons. These bonuses include:
You are limited by your Hand-to-Hand Fighting style in how many Main Weapons you can have.
You gain your 1st weapon at E rank, second at C rank, third at A rank, and fourth at SS rank. no matter what fighting styles you have.
- Instead of taking a second weapon choice, you may dual favour a single weapon and gain double the bonuses. You may only double, not triple.
- Due to the diversity of unarmed attacks, they are considered half the effects for the bonuses. Post bonuses are not gained unless it has been double favoured.
Weapon ranks
Any character can use E or D rank weapons. Weapons of C or B rank are available to characters of C rank or higher. Weapons of A rank are available to characters of A rank or higher. Weapons of S rank are only available to SS and SSS rank characters.
E and D rank weapons are considered light-weight. For the average shinobi, it's considered easier to carry E and D rank weaponry and for the purpose of speed warriors with less C+ weaponry on hand are less encumbered.
Weapons given in this scroll are only ranked E through B. The ranking for all these weapons depends on their size and skill necessary to use them, however, they are all common weapons of average quality.
Custom Weapons
Their ranking, just like the common weapons, depends on their size, but also their special qualities. The basic rank of a custom weapon is what the rank of a common weapon of that size/shape is plus the addition of its special properties. These properties can have a great variety. However, it should be noted that custom weapons are not necessarily stronger than common ones purely in durability, although they wouldn't be weaker either. If toughness isn't a special property of a custom weapon and its other powers "use up" the rank then it will only be as strong as an average weapon of that shape and size.
